I guarantee you, these are the best croissants in town. You won't regret it. The young entrepreneur is the son of the founder, so you can tell it is a place full of tradition and history. What I especially appreciated is the early opening hours, very appropriate for early birds like the many pilgrims that stop in the city.

OMG his croissants are to die for, you’d think you were in Paris. I had the ham and cheese and hope I can grab another before I have to leave tomorrow. Thanks!!!! Highly recommend

Carlos was such a kind and friendly guy. My wife needed a coffee desperately, and we found his spot, and she was so pleasantly surprised that she came back every day. The mini croissants are so tasty, and they have unique flavours that I haven’t seen anywhere else. The coffee was one of the best we’ve had in a long time we loved his café con Leche. highly recommend this, but for a morning coffee and a treat

Small place, just two bar stools for seating, but easy to take away and eat elsewhere. We tried the croissants with hot dog, tortilla, chocolate, and Raspberry & cream cheese. All recomendable 👍👍 We will repeat, gracias 🤗

This croissantería is/represents exactly what I want to support with my business as a tourist - a family owned and operated shop that offers utterly exceptional croissants and cafe to its patrons. Having tried the jamón con queso, nata, chocolate, and pistachio, there isn't a single bad flavor in the bunch.
Everything this shop has to offer tasted absolutely fantastic and the family members running the place are some of the kindest locals I've met.
Adding to the charm is that it's tucked away and easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, so its very much a hidden gem.
I'll keep coming back here and telling others about it to encourage business for this wonderful place.- Servicio

The dark chocolate croissant was to die for, and the tea delitious (a bit too hot, almost burned, but this is Spain, where tea is treated like coffee, so the fact that you can still taste it is awesome). The staff was super friendly too. 100% recommend

The croissants are A-mazing! We tried like 4 different flavors, sweet and savory and all are tasty. The lady at the counter is very warm and welcoming!
This is a small bakery very close to the cathedral, on the main pedestrian route, but easy to miss - don't miss it because it is small, owner run, croissants baked on the site, good coffee, friendly, a favourite of the locals, not expensive - much better than many of the chainy bakeries closer to the main square

Small little shop with excellent croissants. Flakey and slightly crunchy with a soft center. We stopped early on a Saturday and they were warm and delicious. The owner was still preparing the next batch to bake.

This magnificent little bakery sells slices of heaven. This glorious man makes the world a little bit better when, every day, he wakes up and hand-makes his croissants, long before the rest of us are up. We happened upon this place, randomly, on a morning that felt (and was) “too late to be out.” The food was a restorative experience. I said, before walking in, “if he has spinach croissants,
I will die happily.”
He did; instead of gleefully shedding this mortal coil, we sat on the stairs of a nearby church and watched the sun rise — the perfection of the croissants the only point of conversation.Amazing croissants This bakery in this tiny shop produces the most amazing croissants. They are all hand made - we saw him making them in the kitchen at the back of the shop. There is a wide range of flavours available - we tried the bacon, tomato & cheese, goat's cheese and caramelised onion and apple versions. They were delicious and fresh with light flaky layers - and very cheap too!!
Best croissants in town and great service, we were today for a short breakfast as part of our trip and we can totally recommend.
